Cancellation Policy
We require 48-hour notice for all cancellations and rescheduled appointments. Appointments scheduled on Tuesdays must be canceled or rescheduled the prior Saturday by noon.
Less than 48 hours notice will result in a charge of 50% of the service total, to be paid prior to rebooking. A no call/no-show, will result in a charge of 100% of the service fee in order to rebook.
We ask that you make changes to your appointment at least 48 hours prior to your appointment time.

Late for Appointment
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late, please contact us immediately, and we will advise you whether or not we can still accommodate you, or if we need to modify the appointment.
Depending upon circumstances, fees may be assessed for an appointment we cannot accommodate due to lateness.
Service Guarantee
At Magnolia Salon, we stand by our work. If you are dissatisfied with the result of your appointment, please contact us within one week. We will evaluate the situation and may recommend you return to the salon for adjustments. Your stylist will be happy to work with you to ensure your satisfaction. Depending upon the situation, some fees may apply.
If you do not contact us within one week, a new appointment will be required.
